Faplac S. A. is a company belonging to the Grupo Louis Dreyfus which devotes to the manufacturing of particle boards. The factory is located in Zárate city, in the Province of Buenos Aires.

The development of the project started in the month of February 2002. COFINA was contracted to provide external managing services of the forestations of the company which are used for the industrial plant supply. The most important introduced species are Eucalyptus sp. and Salix sp.

The incorporation of COFINA determined a series of advantages such as the transformation of fixed costs into variable costs, permanent management control and a more economical and more adequate external management for the industrial plant, among others.
