Technical Consultancy

COFINA has focused its activity on the carrying out of studies and projects related to::

1. New industrial undertaking

Said studies are divided into::

1 Project analysis, which includes the study of the main variables of the same (Lay–Out, machinery, products to be elaborated, processes, installations, suppliers, market, etc.)
2 Project direction
3 Start-up

The works include the analysis corresponding to the technical-economical feasibility of future premises.

2. Revision of existing activities: A survey and testing of the studied undertaking is carried out to detect bottlenecks, propose modifications and introduce alternative technologies that allow an improvement in the process efficiency and quality. These studies include industrial and forest activities.

 

 

3. Forestry activities. Land studies related to forest aptitude as well as studies on forestation plans, native forest inventory, forest tree nursery design, nursery garden production, forestation and re-forestation works, dasometry, thinning and pruning design, regrowth handling and use of forest plantation promotion system are carried out

Since COFINA ‘s analyses have the technical revision status of the company premises, the same works as an internal auditing of the main decision parameters.
The economic consultancy is closely related to the knowledge the company has on the forest-industrial sector, consequently developing in an interactive manner with the audited company staff. Our studies include:

COFINA counts with professional staff trained to provide presentations and follow-ups so as to invoke the benefits of Law number 25.080.

Additionally, we carry out the implementation of standards and principles for the FSC certification.
Since the forest activity requires a great amount of labor, COFINA ‘s legal area has the knowledge and experience regarding consultancy in registry and management of contractors and depending personnel, based on valid labor laws.
